Viva la Revolución!
Without doubt, these five men were the best band of their genre – the Spanish Ska-Punk-Band “Ska-P”. Most of their lyrics are about social grievances or political problems. Their album “Eurosis”, which was released in 1998, makes itself conspicuous with common melodies that were varied to the Ska-style. The song “Paramilitar” is totally doubtless the best one on this album. But the other tracks are able to transmit a very good atmosphere, too: “Juan Sin Tierra” and “Circo Ibérico” should also be mentioned as superb songs.
The cover is pretty meaningful but you need to get used to it. All of the lyrics are printed in the booklet, which is quite nice for overall only 8€.
