The life in college really is – at least in semester break – fun; every weekend some nice parties, lots of alcohol and flirting with hot chicks. If you have friends to share these experiences and to sample all kinds of crazy things, so much the better!
“American Pie 2” is about five guys (Jim, Finch, Stifler, Kevin and Oz) who are now on their first year in college. After this runs out, they arrange the best summer of all time. Expeditiously the friends rent a house at the beach and throw one party after another. In addition the boys are on a kind of identification process in which they relive many sloppy things.
This movie is peppered with various well-known actors, for example Jason Biggs (as Jim), Shannon Elizabeth (Nadia), Chris Klein (Oz), Eugene Levy (Jim’s dad) and Sean William Scott (Stifler). Their performance is average, but not no way poorly.
The soundtrack of this film is just awesome, for those who love college-rock it is a pleasure to listen to it. Because of that fact, I recommend this movie not only to those who are fans of teen-movies, but also the official soundtrack to enthusiasts of film-music and rock-lovers.
Those who like the American Pie-collection - or teen-films – shouldn’t miss out on this botch. Primarily with some friends this movie is fun to watch.
